Scale Bank Names Heath Stanton as SVP Market Leader
Scale Bank, an independent, privately owned business bank, recently named Heath Stanton as SVP Market Leader. In this role, Stanton will serve as a key stakeholder in building and expanding Scale Bank’s market presence while driving asset growth and profitability. Through a consultative and trusted advisor approach, he will develop and expand relationships with business owners, commercial real estate investors, and referral sources through consistent market engagement.
With more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking, Stanton has built a career centered on nurturing relationships with commercial and nonprofit clients. Prior to joining Scale Bank, he served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at UMB Bank, where he spearheaded the growth of a diverse portfolio of commercial and nonprofit clients and successfully launched a new office in St. Paul. Earlier in his career, Stanton held senior roles at Riverland Bank, Anchor Bank, Associated Bank, and U.S. Bank, developing expertise in commercial lending, equipment finance, nonprofit banking, and treasury management.
In addition to his leadership in banking, Stanton is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of Keystone Community Services and Guild Services. He brings a deep understanding of the local market and a strong commitment to community engagement.
