To get started, please provide the following documents. These will help us establish your deposit account structure, verify ownership details, and define user authorities for the services you’ll be using:
- 1. Articles of Incorporation/Organization
- 2. Federal EIN Document: If available; otherwise, a copy of your tax return works.
- 3. Drivers’ Licenses for Signers: Provide copies for each owner and authorized signer.
- 4. Completed Account Application: Fill in all necessary details.
- 5. Completed Certification of Beneficial Owners Document: If applicable.
Once we receive these documents, we’ll promptly establish your deposit accounts and prepare the necessary paperwork for implementation. Our team will follow up to discuss banking services and user access. All paperwork can be digitally signed via DocuSign.
